Terms and Conditions
Our home is clothing optional. Nudity is acceptable anywhere indoors and within privacy-screened areas outdoors. No clothing is permitted in the spa.
Children are welcome and our own children live in our home. Family appropriate behaviour is expected at all times.
No smoking indoors. There is a designated smoking area outdoors.
No pets
Check-in between 4pm and 6pm. Other times by prior arrangement.
Check-out by 11am.
Cancellation Policy
Over 15 days - 100%
2 days to 15 days - 50%
Less than 48 hours, no refund will be issued unless the room is re-booked. Any refund issued for cancellations under 48 hours will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
